Product Feature
1.H＞600 install the insert strips. The insert strips with pre-drilled mounting holes are vertically welded to both sides of the door using M4 self-tapping screws.
2. Sealing rings, using polyurethane foam sealing strips, can effectively package IP-rated areas.
3. Maximum door opening angle: 110°.
4. The grooved edges of the enclosure prevent water and dust from entering the interior.
5. Wall mounting holes are already drilled on the back of the enclosure.
6. (Single door) The door can be installed on the left or right sides interchangeably.
7. The bottom sealing plate is equipped with a sealing ring to ensure IP rating.
8. The mounting plate can also be coated with a matte orange powder finish upon your request.

Technical specification

DGEX The guide rail box is used for installation in switch box devices. The external cover plate size is 40~85mm. It features standard 35mm mounting rails and corresponding symmetrical adjustment distances. The guide rail box frame steel plate thickness is 1.2mm, and the front cover plate thickness is 1.2mm.

Color: RAL7032 or RAL7035

Material: High quality SPCC cold roll steel

Thickness: Door 1.2mm, housing 1.2mm and mounted plate 1.5mm; height above 800mm, the housing and door 1.5mm, mounted plate 2.0mm

Surface treatment: pickling, phosphating, powder coating, corrugated finish

Protection rating: Depends on the external chassis; internal rail IP20
